Right of withdrawal

Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please write to GS Explore International LLC, c/o Onefulfillment GmbH, Sven-Kovacs-Straße 7, D-79336 Herbolzheim, Germany ; or by email to info@sicherheitsschirm.com , or call us at +49 89 45 22 1335, and inform us of your withdrawal. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://www.sicherheitsschirm.com/defektes-produkt. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to Onefulfillemt GmbH, c/o GS Explore International LLC, Sven-Kovacs-Straße 7, D-79336 Herbolzheim, Germany, Tel.: +49 89 45 22 1335, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.
