For many years, we have collaborated with Gastrock-Stöcke GmbH in manufacturing, a company that masters its craft and carries out every step with great care.

The video shown illustrates a real manufacturing step in the production of the crook handle. It is precisely these background details that later determine the shape, feel, and consistently reliable quality in everyday use.

Every piece of wood brings its own structure, color, and charisma. That's what makes each handle special.

It all starts with selecting the right wood. Each pole brings its own structure, color, and characteristics.

Prepared wood blank for handle production

After selection, the suitable poles are cut to size and carefully bundled. Already at this stage, it becomes clear which pieces are suitable for later shaping.

In the first steps, the poles are cut to length and roughly pre-shaped. The eventual shape of the handle is already discernible.

Now the typical crook handle shape is created. Through heat, pressure, and experience, each piece receives its final line.

During finishing, the handles receive their protective surface. It preserves the wood and at the same time highlights its natural structure beautifully.

Here the handles are cut to the appropriate length. Each one is manually inspected and precisely prepared.

In this step, the handle top is carefully rounded. This creates a comfortable grip and a clean, harmonious shape.
