Quality Management & Returns Transparency
How we document returns for the Sicherheitsschirm®
Every return is documented internally using a continuously numbered return form. This way, we maintain an overview and can constantly improve the quality, stability, and everyday usability of our umbrellas.

This number is based on our internal returns documentation. It shows the current status of returns recorded in the current calendar year.
Why we record every return
For us, returns are not just an administrative process. They are also an important internal quality indicator. Every return helps us understand whether a product met expectations, whether there was a defect, or whether we can further improve presentation, consultation, or processing.
What counts as a return?
We count customer-initiated returns. This includes cases where a product is returned because it does not meet expectations, is not liked, was delivered incorrectly, or because a defect is reported.
Why this is important to us
The Sicherheitsschirm® should be a durable and reliable product for everyday use and travel. Continuous return documentation helps us identify anomalies early and continuously develop products and processes step by step.
Internal Documentation
Continuously numbered return form
The screenshot shows an excerpt from our internal return form. Each return receives a continuous return number. This ensures that returns are not just handled informally, but are documented structurally.

Transparency as part of our quality management
Continuous return documentation helps us to properly categorize feedback and to carefully and consistently further develop the Sicherheitsschirm®.
